The Amber Alert is still out on Shane. Andy gets in trouble with a couple who make him a child molester. Celia is still having problems with her husband and daughter. Doug begs Celia to forgive him. Conrad and Heylia find a new grow house. Celia attempts to bond with Isabel, while U-Turn forces Nancy to run a dangerous errand. Someone asks the city council for a favor on behalf of Majestic. Conrad and Heylia set up their new grow house. Silas runs into Pam while performing his community service.

The city council works with Sullivan. Nancy's involvement with U-Turn becomes more entrenched and Silas has business ideas. Sullivan asks Nancy to hold a cocktail party. Silas makes a new friend; Nancy's conflict with Conrad and Heylia comes to a head; and Nancy finds herself charged with the task of making peace between Agrestic and Majestic. With U-Turn finally out of the way, and Marvin taking over the business, Nancy finds a way to clear herself from debt.

Celia and Sullivan step up their relationship. Andy gets more involved in a different business. Silas and Tara begin working together. Shane and Isabelle spend time together.

Nancy meets Peter's other ex-wife, Valerie. Doug and Sullivan fight over a golf membership and Doug gets revenge. Dean is injured and hospitalized. Tara tries to get deeper into Nancy's business. Nancy's up and running again until someone betrays her and sends in the DEA. Celia spends more time with Dean.

Doug has ethical decisions to make. Silas discovers something about Tara. The Majestic and Agrestic merger leaves some people without jobs. Shane installs a security system. Nancy discovers she's being tailed. Andy and Dean play murderball. Nancy ponders a new venture while Heylia and Conrad must abandon theirs.

Doug sinks to an all-time low. Nancy tries out a new source but it doesn't go so well. Conrad and Nancy are having some good interplay. Celia is angry and exacts revenge on Sullivan by destroying his office with a baseball bat.

Nancy has another full week of trouble to deal with and Doug isn't helping. Celia convinces Heylia to tutor her about the drug business. As the wildfire approaches, everyone must evacuate. Nancy tells her family to pack up, while Conrad and Heylia must say goodbye to the growhouse. Nancy has relocated to the border in search of a new life but she soon finds her past to be inescapable.

Both problems and people follow her on her journey, but some have finally been left behind. Nancy runs her first courier job for Guillermo across the border, but it doesn't go as planned. Meanwhile, Celia lives trough a tough time in prison, and Andy and his father Lenny face a confrontation on their family history. Nancy completes her first job as drug courier across the border.

Celia closes a deal with Captain Till to get out of prison and Andy tries to fulfill his grandmother's death wish. Andy has to convince his family, especially his father Lenny, first. When Doug's work in Agrestic is investigated, he abdicates from responsibility and takes refuge in Ren Mar where the Botwins sit shiva after Bubbie's death.

After the week of mourning, Lenny decides to sell the house. Left behind in the desert by Nancy, Andy joins a group of immigrants to get back home while Nancy has to save Celia who's spy job for Captain Till got her into trouble. In the meantime, Silas and Shane battle with bees. Nancy discovers something she shouldn't when she follows the tunnel in the back of the maternity shop.

Isabelle moves to Celia when her father accepts a new job, Doug falls in love with a Mexican beauty he faces at the beach, and Silas flirts with Lisa. Nancy speaks to her boss Esteban when Guillermo denies her cut of incoming pot. Meanwhile, Celia discovers cheap pharmaceuticals and Silas' relationship with Lisa deepens. Andy and Doug work on their human smuggling operation. Nancy gets a deeper insight of Esteban when their date is forcibly interrupted.

Lisa learns about Silas' pot growing activity, while Andy and Doug successfully smuggle illegal immigrants across the border. Despite their busy schedules, Nancy and Esteban try to find some time for each other. After finding out about Shane's fantasies and Silas's new and much older girlfriend, Nancy also has to talk to both of her sons.

Nancy is shocked when she discovers another purpose of Esteban's tunnel. Celia's worried family intervenes and she is forced into rehab. Andy finds Doug's Mexican beauty Maria and brings her across the border. Nancy find's parenting increasingly more difficult, Celia's rehab spirals downhill rapidly. Doug finds winning Maria's affections far more difficult than expected. Nancy decides to inform the DEA about the tunnel when she can't take the activities going on anymore.

Celia works on her rehabilitation and make amends with her family. Andy falls for Maria and confesses to Doug. After the tunnel bust, Nancy has to explain her involvement to Esteban.

Celia starts looking for her daughter Quinn deep in Mexico, in order to make amends with her. Silas meets Lisa's ex-husband and Doug finds reason to stay alive. Following the events of her bombshell announcement, the fifth season begins as Nancy digs deeper into the drug world and finds comfort in an unlikely family member.

Nancy pays the imprisoned Guillermo a secret visit and Shane leaves to live with Nancy's sister. In the meantime, Silas and Doug have difficulties growing pot in a national forest. Jill pays Nancy a surprise visit. Meanwhile, Celia gets sent back to the U. Meanwhile, Andy tries to access his brother's old bank account. Nancy talks with her obstetrician about ending the pregnancy. After his teacher took his pot, Shane needs some help to get it back. Andy is still trying to get access to his late brother's bank account.

Meanwhile, Silas and Doug need to see "The Wizard" t. A discovery makes a heavily pregnant Nancy rethink her choice to marry Esteban.

Silas and Doug are successfully managing their dispensary, while Celia is unhappy with her mall job. After her discovery, Nancy breaks away from Esteban and takes charge of her life again. A deputy is causing some troubles for Doug and Silas. Meanwhile, Celia's way to richness is harder than she thought. Esteban's other woman threatens Nancy and Esteban's relationship and Nancy reaches out for Andy's help.

In the meantime, Dean assists Silas and Doug to set their dispensary back going, but Celia interferes. Nancy and Andy grow closer together while they try to be good parents. When Nancy didn't answer her calls, Kiku got drunk, and ended having an orgy with three of Demitri's friends who all wore glasses like her dad.
