Fire Dover 0. Cal 0. M1ni 2. About time Frost 0. Zany 0. Creamie pies 1. Posted March 8, Matt 2. Lol but old. This topic is now closed to further replies. The only people that actually do know nothing is happening are the people in the massive botting communities, such as the RSBot Community.
How do they know? On March 5, , the RSBot. Maybe there were too many people complaining about botters. Maybe Jagex decided to actually do something instead of keep pretending that everything was going to be just fine. Has Jagex taken a belligerent approach to the botting communities? But most importantly, has Jagex ever considered what might happen to the Runescape economy when botters are completely removed from the game?
The Complainant contends that the Respondent has no rights or legitimate interests with respect to the disputed domain name. As such, the Complainant contends that the Respondent has made no bona fide offering of goods or services on the website of the disputed domain name. Moreover, the Complainant contends that there is no evidence that the Respondent is commonly known by the disputed domain name and, thus, does not have any rights or legitimate interests in the disputed domain name on this basis; nor does the Respondent make any legitimate non-commercial or fair use of the disputed domain name, but rather is simply using the site for commercial gain.
The Complainant contends that the Respondent registered the disputed domain name for the purpose of unfairly disrupting the business of the Complainant by attracting the Complainant's customers to a commercial website which diverted users to other online computer games directly competing with the Complainant's game, hosted discussions encouraging users to use unauthorized and infringing copies of the RuneScape game i.
In addition, the Complainant also points to the terms and conditions on the Respondent's site, which purport to bar the Complainant and its lawyers from entering the site as evidence of bad faith. The Complainant also contends that the Respondent's activities are damaging to the Complainant and to the RuneScape game.
For example, according to the Complainant, when users deploy the macro program distributed by the Respondent, certain functions within the RuneScape game are automated, thereby reducing the amount of time users spend playing the RuneScape game legitimately and, consequently, the amount of subscription revenue received by the Complainant is diminished.
The Complainant also contends that by using the domain name, the Respondent has intentionally attempted to attract, for commercial gain, Internet users to the Respondent's website or other online location, by creating a likelihood of confusion with the Complainant's mark as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of Respondent's website or location or of a product or service on Respondent's website or location.
The Panel notes that the Respondent, on May 12, and May 13, , communicated with the Center regarding a possible settlement. Since this UDRP proceeding was initiated by the Complainant, unless the Complainant requested for a suspension of the proceeding, the Panel holds that this should still be a full decision. Paragraph 4 a of the Policy requires the Complainant to prove all of the following in order for its contentions to be supported in the proceedings:.
The Complainant is the registered owner of the trademark RS and has acquired substantial goodwill in the RS trademark. I'm fond of ShadyXL but we don't talk to each other. I chat to Submotion and find him easier to talk to because he's not a queen, but we have awkward moments where the conversation turns really gay I'm talking about comparing cock sizes and claiming the other one is attracted to him o.
So evidentially I can't find the right balance between behaving professional and casual. This is why I'm officially stepping down and transferring my powers to Chris B and Ampersand. The good news is I'll be developing RSBot harder and faster, and managing the company more effectively. I dont really know if I like it or not, talked with Chris B the other day, he was really helpful. Ampersand also was nice the other day as well, so I hope it all goes well.. I remember he made a vote for a 07 bot and it never really launched.
Thats why I don't like powerbot :l. Amperstand also was nice the other day as well, so I hope it all goes well.. I've talked to him on skype before and on the forums, he always makes me laugh in a good way at the end of the conversation. Chris B is really nice, his support work is outstanding, and he explains everything precisely.
Thats the most typical response from a leecher Paris is a nice and funny guy. Might want to look me up before calling me a leecher :. Thereby, if you're not going to do something, don't make a vote for it. I don't know what me being dissapointed with a community has to do with being a leecher.
Sorry, was thinking of Ironhide, not paris. Oh, Ironhide is kinda rude, doesn't really explain much of his actions, all he does is just host the community events and goldfarm. Thats about it.
